How to Use
Use the eyeliner to draw lines on your eyes like a felt -tip pen.
My Impression
I like this product as I could draw defined lines easily especially with my favorite winged-liner look with this pen and this pen doesn’t smudge. When I come home after a long day and look at the mirror my eyeliner is on, that is when my face is dry. However, when the days my face gets really oily, half of product disappears by the time I get home, but that's rare. The felt tip pen makes it easy for beginners to use the product. It’s also a little watery and not too pigmented, but not too light. In conclusion, it’s suitable for my everyday use and I like it.
