My Impression
It is waterproof, doesn't smudge or flake. When I come home after a long hot day and look in a mirror my eyeliner is on. The felt tip pen makes it easy for beginners to use the product. I also like how it lasts long but honestly, I was a little disappointed as it’s not that pigmented.
