Coconut milk has so many benefits to our health, skin, and also hair. It’s rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins. You may use fresh homemade coconut or just use some store-bought coconut. Store-bought coconut milk work just fine for me but homemade one works even better!

How to Use Coconut Milk On Hair

  1. Get ready with your coconut milk. I mix mine with ginger powder to get rid of dandruff and hair loss. (Ginger??! Yeah I know. I’ll make a post on ginger soon :D)
  2. Apply the milk on your scalp and hair 
  3. Massage your scalp for a few minutes. 
  4. Leave it on with your shower cap for a few hours. 
  5. Rinse with shampoo and let it dry on its own.
